1. Scope & Services Covered
This Privacy Policy applies to IslaConnect websites and domains (including https://islaconnect.com/privacy-policy), landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars, chat functions, payment pages, customer portals, advisory services, SaaS subscriptions, implementation services, managed services, AI-assisted features, and related customer support (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
Contact and identity information: name, business name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
Business and account information: account and profile information used to create or administer an IslaConnect account and enable access to client portals and SaaS features.
Form, survey, calendar, and intake responses: information you submit through forms, surveys, calendars, onboarding, and intake processes.
Communications and customer-support records: email, telephone, SMS, chat, appointment communications, support requests, and related records.
Transaction, billing, and payment-related information: service selected, amount, billing address, transaction status, and payment-related records. Payment-card information may be processed directly by authorized payment processors, and IslaConnect does not necessarily store complete payment-card numbers.
Device, browser, IP address, log, cookie, and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, login activity, cookies, and interaction records.
Uploaded and customer-provided content: uploaded documents, files, images, contacts, and other customer-provided content that you choose to place in an IslaConnect account or ask IslaConnect to process in delivering Services.
Connected applications and integrations: information received through connected applications, integrations, and linked services that you authorize.
AI interaction information (when enabled): AI prompts, instructions, uploaded content, generated outputs, and related interaction information when AI-enabled features are used.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, measurement, analytics, and improvement. You may control certain cookies through browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect functionality.
4. How We Use Your Information
We may use information to:
Provide and administer the Services;
Create and maintain accounts and customer portals;
Process payments and transactions and maintain transaction records;
Schedule and deliver advisory sessions and implementation services;
Operate SaaS features, workflows, automations, integrations, and AI-assisted features you request or authorize;

IslaConnect may send transactional or service-related communications concerning accounts, appointments, purchases, security, service delivery and customer support where permitted by law.
Marketing calls, emails or text messages are sent only when legally permitted or when the recipient has provided any separately required consent. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent necessary account, security, transaction or service communications where legally permitted.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
The Privacy Policy itself does not create consent. Applicable consent is obtained through the disclosure and choice presented where information is collected.
6. How Information Is Shared
IslaConnect does not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
Hosting and infrastructure providers;
Communications providers;
Scheduling and customer-management providers;
Payment processors;
Analytics, security, fraud-prevention, and technical-support providers;
Integration and automation providers;
AI technology and service providers (where AI-enabled features are used);
Legal, accounting, compliance, and professional advisers;
Government authorities or other parties when required by law; and
Parties involved in a business transfer, merger, financing, reorganization, or acquisition.
7. Customer-Controlled Data
Business customers may upload or process information concerning their contacts, clients, employees or users. Those customers are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, authorization, notice and consent for the information they provide or direct IslaConnect to process. IslaConnect may process that information on behalf of the applicable business customer to provide contracted services.
8. AI-Assisted Features
AI-enabled features may process prompts, submitted content, instructions and related context to generate responses, recommendations, summaries, automations or other outputs. Users should not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary and they are authorized to do so. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before reliance, publication or production use.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the business and its users. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and purpose.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Privacy Rights and Requests
